The "Let a Million Flowers Bloom" project aims to uplift the spirit of learners, parents, and teachers as well as to show gratitude and appreciation to teachers for all the hard work and dedication they have shown amid the pandemic to continue the delivery of quality education to learners, according to the DepEd Memorandum Order 521-0171 issued on May 24, 2021.
The practice of making something pleasant to the senses is known as beautification. It’s a key aspect in attracting visitors and making our learners comfortable. To attract people, especially guests who will enter or pass by our school ground, it has been claimed that “first impressions last.” As an initial effort to pursue “Let a Million Flowers Bloom” project, Muzon High School planted different flowering plants within the school premises.
With the help of our Principal, Departments Heads, teachers and parents, Muzon High School supports “Let a Million Flowers Bloom”. Planting in school grounds does not only provide an aesthetic environment in which students live in but also creates an educational environment that offers teachers the opportunity to teach various subjects and enhance environmental awareness of students.
